I wish it were warm! Sigh! Germany is stiffened in frost. But perhaps it helps thinking of something really warm:
It's abit blurry, because I couldn't use the flash light. But it was the warmest I could find in my house apart from the kitchen stove. It makes you warm inisde: Glog!
Take a big pot, add red wine, orange juice, sugar and cinnamon sticks and cloves (quantities after your taste, more or less juice or sugar) . Don't boil, but make it pretty hot, cook slowly to let the spices give their full aroma to the wine. Done!

I know, I know, it was late yesterday. But I did it in time, 1 minute before the next day began!

You can use fruit tea instead of wine for a more healthier and non-alcoholic variant.

I think I would prefer the unhealthier but much more tasty wine version! This would be wonderful!

Do it! You CAN do this without disturbing your diet. You need not drink a few glasses of glog, but one. So you can do tomorrow and the day after tomorrow. Sit down in the evening and relish this one glass of glog very, very slowly with small gulps. Don't let anybody disturb you. Get your cats, snuggle and drink your glass. And look forward to the next evening with a glass of glog. You need something to look forward to, to enjoy in your diet. Hugs!

Um, ... I forgot to say that you have to remove the cinnamon sticks and clovers before drinking, but I hope this was obvious?
Enjoy, such glog is the best for a cold winter's evening!
